This class is designed to work the whole body. Resistance techniques will improve your body strength, endurance and balance, while enhancing core stability and flexibility.

Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Walk taller, feel stronger. May include a variety of equipment: BOSU, SLIDERS, FITBALL.

Customised fitness program, designed to achieve your goals. During personal training sessions we will use various functional training techniques and equipments (resistance straps, bands etc.) 

Personal training program is complemented with nutrition advice.
